Services Provided

Japanztravel provides travel planning, travel research, itinerary preparation, consultation, coordination assistance, concierge support and related travel-management services.

Service Fees

Fees vary according to the scope, complexity and duration of the requested service. The applicable service fee will be clearly communicated to the customer before the customer agrees to purchase the service.

No fee will be charged without the customer's prior agreement. Any costs charged by third-party service providers are separate from Japanztravel's service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Additional Charges

Customers are responsible for any charges imposed by third-party providers in connection with their travel, including transportation, accommodation, admission fees, taxes, booking charges and similar expenses.

Where additional fees payable to Japanztravel are required for a requested service, these will be disclosed before the customer agrees to the service.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods will be communicated to the customer at the time of quotation or order. Depending on the service, payment may be accepted by credit card, bank transfer or another payment method agreed with the customer.

Payment Timing

Unless otherwise stated in the individual quotation or service agreement, Japanztravel's service fee is payable before work on the requested service begins. Any different payment schedule will be clearly communicated before the customer agrees to the service.

Commencement and Delivery of Services

Work will normally begin after:

1. the customer has accepted the scope and price of the service
2. any information reasonably required to perform the service has been provided
3. where advance payment is required, payment has been confirmed

The expected delivery period or service schedule will be communicated to the customer before or at the time the service is accepted.

Cancellation and Refunds

Because Japanztravel provides individually prepared and time-based services, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on how much work has already been performed. If the customer cancels before work has begun, any refund entitlement will be determined according to the cancellation conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

If work has already begun, Japanztravel may charge for work already performed and costs already incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any specific cancellation or refund conditions applicable to a service will be communicated to the customer before the service is purchased.

Cancellation policies, penalties and refunds relating to third-party services are determined by the respective provider and are separate from Japanztravel's service fees.

Third-Party Services

Japanztravel may provide assistance, research, recommendations and guidance concerning services offered by independent third-party providers. Prices, availability, schedules, cancellation conditions and other terms relating to third-party services are determined by the relevant provider and may change without notice.
